There were multiple issues with my order. I emailed twice, used the "contact us" function on the website, and also tried the chat function. No reply whatsoever. I was a little disappointed things were missing from the order. Waited 5 days for a reply. The description was also wrong on the website for one of the items. Would not recommend.

Sent the wrong item. I have contacted them via email over a week ago and still no response. Will NEVER do business with this company again!

I received the wrong item, the wrong pattern, and it was completely broken and shattered upon arrival. Will not be buying from this company again.

I am very happy with my purchases. The handbags were beautifully crafted and made excellent wedding gifts. The ceramic persimmon jar is a good size for nuts and adding vibrant color on my counter. I would like to add that the support team was responsive and helped to find a substitute handbag as the one I originally picked was not available. I will give a five star rating for my overall experience and the quality of the items I purchased. In my opinion Glorious Collection is a hidden gem!

The items sent looked as though a child had painted them, which is concerning that child labor may be involved. This company refuses to respond to any email requests and there is no customer service available of any kind.

I did not give 5 stars because there are two little spots on top of the peach which I don't know if it's suppose to be part of the design or a mistake with the paint.

One of the items sent is fine, and the other two look as though they were painted by a five year old. There is no quality control and these are too expensive to take this kind of risk for substandard items.

I have got only halv of things I payed for. It is impossible to track the sanding. When I asked where my package is nobody answered. I don't know how can I get my money back when it seems to that nobody cares.

The product arrived. It is beautiful. It is what I expected it would be. The tracking of the package was nearly no help at all when compared to the tracking of all the other shipments I have delivered. So, with it being my first purchase and not knowing how long it would take or when I could expect to receive it, that is my only complaint. Customer service always responded to me and were reassuring with regard to my concerns about where the package was. Overall I am glad I ordered this tea set from them.
