The Footjoy golf shoes I ordered arrived in good time and exactly as promised. However the boa fitting is nothing like as reliable as usual: it slips out of place far too often. There's no reason to blame Clarkes' Golf for that, although I might get in touch with them for some advice. However I was a little suprised to discover that my local pro shop was offering the same shoes at the same price, which would have saved a lot of disappointment. In fairness, Clarkes responded really well, exchanging the shoes for another pair. If the initial shoes were 3-star, their own service was 5-star.
