Bought a pair of Skechers Golf Shoes on 7th November 2018. After wearing them 5-6 times, I noticed that the goretex waterproof fronts were splitting so I contacted Clarkes to return the shoes. These were posted back on 7th December and signed for on 10th but its now 18th December , with no refund received and no reply to my e mail chasing them.
