Very disappointed to have had my order for a Rohnisch light down jacket confirmed to then be informed that the web site was wrong & in fact my size was sold out. On a positive note, I was informed by a phone call & e-mail immediately with apologies for the error. My money was reimbursed back to my card within a few minutes. A follow up e-mail the next day,again apologised for the mix up. This was a nice touch.

Sue, customer services, gives excellent service and will go out of her way to answer any questions. I needed wide fitting golf shoes and she suggested a pair which I’m very happy with. A few months ago I needed a waterproof jacket with a hood and she came up trumps.
