The item I bought was a birthday present for my wife and the way it was wrapped you would never guess what was inside the package.

Amazing service. They held onto the ring for me as I wouldn’t be around to have it delivered and even though I had given them a date for postage they double checked with me to be sure it was still fine when the postage date arrived. The ring is perfect and perfectly resized.

Be careful!! On the purchase the company and service were great. I was buy from photos online. They also sent photos as requested. The ring I chose had to be resized and said they would accept the return if I didn't like it. I bought the ring as my wedding ring. I purchased in 2023. I got married last Friday so have been wearing it a week. By Wednesday, less than a week a stone had fallen out. I contacted them, they stated they would fix it but charge me as the warranty is out. I took it to a local jewllery repair, if I have to pay I might as well go local. He stated by resizing a ring down it weakens the stones. This wasn't pointed out to me by the shop or their service department. There are alot of stones that might all come out. I paid £1395 for a ring they potentially weakened but didn't advise me of this. You can see I've only worn it a week, as the local guy said we would have fixed it as its a not really fair. He also stated he probably wouldn't have sized it down so much. If I'd known this I could have chosen something else. Very disappointed when it's such an important piece of jewellery.

I should not have to jump through all your hoops every time . For the latest of your items that I am trying to buy , I have had to send you a letter and a cheque through the post in my effort to buy . Absurd .
