Also they can't process salary on time or in case of emergency for an employee but are really good at giving their few best employees $20 for a fake 5 star review Also, all the best reviews 90% of them are posted by the employees and 10% from their customers that too I am not sure. I am able to share this information as I was part of Simplia and please find the screenshot for your a proof of reference from one of the lead. Best part is they promise their customers 3x ROI by giving crap about AI which they do not delivery.

Customer service is solid—they’re easy to work with. My only gripe is that they keep switching up the account managers, and I prefer sticking with the same one. The work quality is decent, and web traffic results are about what I expected, but I’d love to see some improvement. Overall, though, the customer service really stands out.
