United States | 14 July 2023I ordered an Ovation 28 advanced as a second incubator and it has been awful. There are hot spots within the incubator as evidenced by multiple trusted thermometers I keep inside it. The humidity has also been a nightmare to control resulting in 2 shrink wrapped peachicks. I called Brinsea to see if they would take it back and give me a credit toward a more expensive 56 EX which I already have and don't experience these issues with and they wouldn't let me return it since I used it. Well how else would I know about these issues if I didn't use it???? Awful customer service.
