I've used Prink for over a year. Delivery has always been prompt, no problems with the cartridges, and in fact when I had problems with Royal Mail over deliveries to my chosen address (daughter's student accommodation), Prink went out of their way to redeliver to my alternative address.

Combination of excellent product knowledge and a very pleasant attitude to helping with my requirement for ink for an "older" printer. All sorted at very reasonable cost and full effort to get the ink out of the door to me. Saved the day!

Have used Prink ink for a few years now, now for a third printer...Each printer I have had is catered for in their extensive range. Inks are good quality and packaging is equally excellent. The ability to buy sets of specific colours as well as full sets is particularly helpful. Equally impressive is the despatch speed, which is always prompt, the last set arriving less than 24 hours after the order was put in. Five stars well deserved.

There are simply hundreds or thousands of print suppliers but with this one you get what it says on the tin and more. Great price and super long lasting non watered down ink. They have a great personal involvement, no IG put you off for them. Try them and find out what I say is true. You will be next to use trust pilot I wager!

I was a little sceptical when buying from the company as I've not used them before and it was very good value.. I worry that things are too good to be true. Placed the order after looking at the reviews and the ink arrived very quickly. I had some issues once I had installed the new cartridges and reached out the support mail box. The service and advice received was exceptional...it took a while, but step by step I followed instructions and now I have a perfectly working printer. First class service and will use again.

I have had many printers over the years both for business and personal uses. During this time I have always bought my inks from Prink with the exception of on one occasion I bought a set of inks from a competitor. Worst mistake - the inks blocked my printer jets and I had to perform a major strip down of all of my printers. Never again - Always Prink. Their inks are competitive and have always produced excellent results and I have had no reason to strip down or maintain my printers in way, shape or form. Recently, I had reason to replace one of my printers (lasted for ten years or more and on Prink Ink). I contacted Prink and started a chain of questions and answers with Graham. He gave me valuable insight and information on several printers I had in mind. He took the time to list printers and their compatible inks and comment on the difference between the two printers I had narrowed my choices down to. I have been able to make a decision based upon his information and I have purchased the appropriate printer. Naturally, I shall be ordering the inks from Prink. I have always recommended Prink Inks to Family, friends and business colleagues and will continue so to do. Thank you, once again, Prink People (and Graham).

I have used Prink Ink for the first time a must say Iam very impressed with the service, delivery time, the packaging, and most of all the quality of the ink cartridges,have printed a photo with Epson original ink and printed the same with Prink the colours are so good and vibrant the price is exceptional so I shall be ordering more in the future.THANK YOU PRINK.

Started using this company a few years ago after a friend recommended them. I'm not good with technology and from time to time have needed advice. Prink's Graham Jones has been great helping me deal with a couple of issues I have had with my printer giving speedy easy to understand advice. I bought some cartidges from Prink in Jan 2023. When my Epson printer refused to print pdf files for some reason I uninstalled the printer driver and reloaded the newest version from Epson. I then get "doesn't recognise cartridges" with no option to proceed. I emailed Prink and within hours received clear written advice on how to address the issue. Worked like a dream! Top marks for customer service.

I have been dealing with this firm for over a decade and have always had excellent service. The response time is good, the orders are accurate and the despatch time is great. What is even better is that the refills work and are very reasonably priced.

Prink went above & beyond good service, I mistakenly gave the wrong address, when I noticed the mistake they tracked the parcel got it returned & then sent it on to me Needless to say the inks are top quality

I must have used gallons (slight exageration) of their ink for my Epson. Never a problem with getting the cartridges to work. I do use a "zapper" but I don't know if that is important. Odered 19 December delivered 20 December. What's to complain about

Using Prink for 11 years now, really helpful if I have cocked something up or having some difficulty. Cheap and Flexible, such as allowing a mix of cartridges, I had quite a few yellows and blacks left so I was able to just order what I needed (Magenta and Cyan). There's a review saying they were rude. After all this time using Prink I just don't believe it!
