Rude when you call to ask how your order is going , unprofessional, customer service non existent, can’t even answer the phone in a polite manner. Poor quality of clothing. Total waste of money.

Great product, fast delivery

I recently purchased a sweatshirt with my own image for a friend this Christmas, I was very dubious buying from a website I knew nothing about but decided to go for it regardless! And boy was I happy I did! The product I received was excellently wrapped in wonderful brown paper and the curious newt logo, so no packaging needed for Christmas. When I placed the order I was contacted immediately just to be made aware that my image wasn't of the best quality and they asked for the original file to see if they could better it and they did. And it's bloody marvellous! I really adore how much care and thought went into the final product, as with other companies they would've just made it and sent it out. Whereas Curious Newt had your best interests at heart. I couldn't recommend more and I will definitely be buying from them again!
