Our 2nd time of ordering from here and again we’re not disappointed. You can’t beat the price and we got 4 free tasters with our order as we ordered 4 x 100ml scents. Scents are almost as good as the originals and for half the price. Definitely be ordering again from here soon

UPDATE: After posting the review on 17/12, the company reached out via WhatsApp to make amends. The delivery was sent out and was delivered 2 days later. As a good will gesture they refunded the delivery charge (4.99) and the cost of an item I had purchased (£7.99) promptly also - they did first try to soothe me with samples but as it was a gift I had no use for additional products, hence asking for the latter to be refunded, which they were happy to so. The chap on WhatsApp clearly cares about his reviews and was on top of my order in hours where others hadn't been for over a week before. I cannot fault his customer service and friendliness. I have subsequently changed my review to a 4* front the initial 1* to reflect the quality and speed of issue rectification. However, the underlying issue remains - my order was not sent in a timely fashion nor by the 48hour service I had paid for on the 8th December. Whilst they are excellent to rectify, some caution will remain as they failed to despatch on time. ---------------- Ordered on 8th of December. Paid for 48hour delivery and still not arrived as of 17th December! Gone beyond the estimated delivery and not even had a despatch note yet so cannot even blame Royal Mail. Getting very concerned someone will be without a present because of this... we go away for Xmas so only have until 20th to receive it - hence why I ordered with plenty of time! Emailed but no response as yet. So far, not at all great! Greatly disappointed.
