After buying some plumbing equipment from Toolstation, hrs spent researching the parts, hra wasted trying to connect it all, then realising was missing parts which meant I couldn't finish. took most of it back, was recommended I went to Baker and Soars, Zara was extremely polite probably realising My stress, a few mins of explaining what I needed to do, the gentleman behind the counter not only had the exact solution, he showed me how to fix it all. cost less than toolstation, and made my job simple I know won't go anywhere else for my plumbing equipment 10/10 Thabk you very much

Very helpful company. Initially only part of order was in stock but they telephoned to say the could send on the remainder of the order very quickly. In fact all of the order arrived together. Packaged well and would use this company again. Order purchased was very well priced

Contacted them after a mixer tap purchased three months earlier started having problems. They were so very helpful and sent replacements free of charge which have just been replaced by the plumber and working a lot better. Zara and Mark were so very helpful throughout the whole process, the company obviously still believes in good old fashioned customer service which is sadly lacking with a lot of companies nowadays. This company went the extra mile for parts req for my bathroom mixer taps. I tried a number of outlets, no luck thanks to Baker & Soars they sorted my problem, excellent sevice, other customers who came in said if you wanted a part they are the people who would find it if atall possible, cant thank you enough. Went in for some advice about a part needed for a toilet leaking into the pan, I knew it was not from the overflow valve so thought it was a problem with the flush valve. The person I spoke to was patronising and unhelpful and made me feel stupid so I left. Only conclusion was that he had an issue with a woman trying to tackle a plumbing job.
