I used to use Vapabox a lot. I was a long-term customer and bought from either Amazon or from them directly. My latest batch of liquids contained three clear bottles. They were awful: the liquid was gloppy, the nozzle too large, they wouldn’t fill up the Vapes properly, juice ran down the side of my vapes, and it made a horrible mess on the bottle and my hands. I threw them out and used the black bottles from the same order and used it without a problem. I told the company about the issues I had had with the clear bottles and asked for replacements as I had had to throw them out. I asked for three replacement bottles for the black ones that work. They said they wouldn’t do that even though they had had lots of complaints about it!! They blamed the CoronavirusI thought it was a very lame excuse. Due to their very very poor customer serviceI I will not use their products again. I’m going to look for another company that takes care of their customers and the vape juice is a good quality. Anne
