The best part about Sort Move is that can do everything online without having to print things off and send them in the post etc... but I had a few problems and delays. Once I had confirmed with the Estate agent that I wished to use their recommended solicitor via Sort Move, it was a week before I had access to the online login...not very 'fast-start', but probably not the fault of Sort Move. Once online, the fixtures and fittings form deleted my details 3 times (loads of wasted times)|. In the end I printed a form & sent it direct from the solicitor via email. I also felt there was a lack of explanation in some parts of the form/process. You will still have to download a third party app to verify your identity, lots more T's & C's to read. If you read the small print at the bottom of your original quote it states the amount of commission they earn from the Solicitors, I don't believe the service I have received so far is worthy of this huge commission. Sort Move are however responsive with their phone and email support when you do run into difficulties..!
