I ordered a 3D printer and took a day off work to wait in for delivery on the scheduled day. The printer didn't arrive, so I emailed The Makers Warehouse on 21/12 and they still haven't bothered to respond. The printer eventually arrived ok, but I had to take another day off work to wait in for the rescheduled delivery. Overall, I found the service and communication to be very poor. I had issues with this company around a year ago when they sent me a faulty 3D printer and then messed me around when sending replacement parts, but I decided to give them another try, as they had appologised and eventually sorted out the issues. Looks like nothing has changed.

Excellent prices, great service, really helpful, I wish all suppliers were like this! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others...

The guys are great, Stephen was super helpful on the phone a week or so ago and on messenger to keep me posted when stock is back in. The Filament is great and so is the price so worth taking a look at what they have. Would love to see a Co-extruded version of your own brand fluorescence blue and red pla+. I know they guys and girls over at Hex3d would go bananas for it so maybe one day.

From advice to delivery first class service. As for the Printer, we went from an Amazon purchased Anycubic Chiron which was flakey to say the least, to a Makers Warehouse Creality CR10-Max - which is simply superb. Great built quality, proper hot end, BL touch levelling - and very good touchscreen system - Im blown away, and just about to order another one - no brainer

Don’t bother ordering ender 3 pro from these guys I have 8 already and thought I’d buy my 9th from them Big mistake Nothing but problems with the machine from the start multiple issues none of the others have constantly Had to change parts already I’m not a newbie either I know how to set and tweak a machine and this machine is sat there losing me money Never ever ever again will I use these people and I advise you all who read this don’t buy from them

I ordered my Creality Halot Sky resin printer from The Makers Warehouse and in addition to an excellent price I received excellent service and rapid shipping. The printer worked faultlessly out of the box and produced one of the best test prints I have seen at the first attempt. Currently printing Eono ABS Like resin with 4 base layers, 10 second base layer exposure and 1.8 second build layer exposure.

Excellent company. As a complete newbie to fdm 3d printing they had the technical advice listening to what I’m trying to achieve and give me recommendations in simple easy to understand ways, and then once ordered, was next day delivery, shipped on time and perfect, and had the follow up phone call to make sure it’s all working ok. Unbelievable service from Peter. I called as a complete new comer to the 3D printing world and without hesitation he prepared for a long phone call. He gave me so much information that I felt 1000% comfortable in buying that second.
