I ordered my plants on Wednesday and within 3 minutes I already received a lovely email confirming they would pick the plants and post them on the same day. What online company does that now a day?! By Thursday afternoon my plants were with me in central London. I have ordered pond plants from a few places and these are the best I have received by far! I bought a mix of oxygenating plants, a water lilly, some floating plants and a marginal plant. They all came packed with great care, healthy, mature (this is the only shop where I could find a mature water lilly with some beautiful mature leaves!), some came with flowers on (the Aponogeton Distachyos). I was so impressed that all plants came already potted. After unpacking, I just placed the plants in my pond and it already looked better. I found the company by chance, desperately looking online after few disappointments and paying a premium for tiny plants coming bare without a pot. I found a gem. I will order more for sure!

Ordered a few bunches of oxygenator, received a bag of scraps. Advised company and requested a refund for just that one item. Got a rude response inferring I was a liar. Appalling way to treat a first and now obviously only time customer. Assuming they don't want or need the business.
