SIMPLY THE BEST!! I ordered my plants on Saturday, telephoned to add to the order on Monday, The Plants arrived Tuesday morning! ( I live in Wales) They were extremely professionally packed. All plants arrived within 2 days of ordering. Very well packaged, no damage. I was impressed with the quality of the plants and by far the best price I found on the web. Delivery is not cheap but worth it. Will be ordering more. Had to buy aquatic baskets separately so bear in mind if you’re buying plants for in the pond.

Well packed, healthy plants with quick delivery.

I was a little dubious of buying a water Lily online but decided to give it a go. My Lily arrived by next day delivery as promised. The packaging meant no water escaped and the Lily was in pristine condition. I put it into my pond that evening as per instructions and the next day the bud it had on opened. I could not ask for anything more. Excellent communication from the company throughout the order process I highly recommend them and if I need anymore pond plants this will be the first place I will go.

Fast delivery and nice plants

Excellent quality plants which arrived speedily arrived speedily and in tip top condition.

This is the best quality plant I’ve ever received in the post (or from a garden centre). It’s in perfect condition and was very well packaged. When I’ve revived water lilies from other companies in the past they have had all the leaves cut back to the bulb, but the water lily I received this time had loads of leaves and even a flower! Highly recommend.

Apart from a parcelforce delivery issue initially, the problem was immediately solved after a phone call and a replacement delivery arrived with 24 hours. Very efficiently handled by Edward.
