Wonderfully healthy water Lilly, it even had a flower. The other two plants I bought were also very healthy. Really securely packaged. I had to ring the company for a delivery query and they couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them.

Great choice of plants to choose from. I bought the British native small pond pack, all fit perfectly in my tiny pond. Service was great, emails sent letting me know when my order was being prepared and then when it would be delivered. Quick delivery and great quality plants, packaged well so nothing was damaged. I ordered a water hawthorn on Saturday afternoon, got a very nice email confirming the order on Sunday, a notice of dispatch on Monday, and the plant arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday morning. What a brilliant company!

I ordered a water hawthorn. When I looked at the plant it didn't look right. The stalks were going round and under the soil in the pot and the leaves were inside the mesh container. The roots were on the top and side of the container. I took it out of the container and unfortunately as the stalks and leaves had been trusted they broke off. There is only one leaf remaining. Perhaps it had come out of its container during delivery but not sure how it would have got itself back in upside down with it's leaves wrapped round. Anyway the company have assured me as it's a good root that it will be fine. Here's hoping🤞

I purchased the miniature lily planting scheme for our small pond. We are first time pond planters so I contacted the shop to ask advice re planting. They got back in touch really quickly and gave me helpful advice. I couldn't believe how quickly the plants arrived! I ordered on a Monday evening and they arrived on the Thursday morning! They were all very well packaged and plants in great condition considering how far they travelled in a van. Would certainly order again from them and we now have a lovely wee nature pond.
