Fantastic service. I can’t recommend them enough. Prescription goggles can be so expensive but these are good quality, a reasonable price and their customer service is excellent. Good dispatch time too! Really impressed, I’ll definitely go back to them!

Super quick service and good quality product

I had a very good experience with Prescription Swimming Goggles. I recently ordered my first pair to try and I had some issues with the optics and they didn't quite fit right. After a quick and friendly phone call my return was sorted and I had a new pair of goggles on the way. The new pair arrived next day and work great! Looking forward to being able to see when swimming. Based on my experience I would recommended.

Life saver! Saves my visions haha

I am a short sighted scuba diver who likes taking macro photos. As James is an optician he is able to look at the prescription from my optician and say what correction I need in my diving mask so I can both see distance and close up. As my prescription changes I return my masks to be updated and have done this several times. This time I thought the short sight needed to be changed and prepaid for the new lenses. When James reviewed my sight test he was able to say the existing short sight lenses should be fine. I was therefore due a refund which has arrived in my bank account. Great to know a business more concerned about customer service than profit line.

Excellent service. I made a mistake when placing my order and before the order was sent out I received a phone call asking if the order I had placed was correct. Most companies would have just sent the order but I was very grateful for them checking. Will definitely recommend and would purchase again without issue.

Ordered an item and received an email confirming my order with a tracking number. I didnt create an account at the time as this was a one off purchase and didnt feel the need to set one up. I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. When I didnt recieve the item I checked my emails I had no other email. I had a tracking number with my conformation email but it didnt give a link to track my order or didnt tell me what courier service it was using and the reference number wasnt working on any of the main courier sites. I then went onto the website and created an account thinking that I could track my order but it said I had placed no orders. I tried contacting them after a week and no response. I then thought I had lost my money but the item turned up 10 days after I placed my order. Again no email to confirm this. So even though I did receive my item, it was late and not very good communication from the company regarding tracking.

Spectacular customer service. I caused a problem with the delivery due my own idicoy, but the company sorted it immediately. There was a minor issue with one of the lenses. Again, sorted immediately. So impressed with the quality and courtesy of their service. Totally recommend.
