For anyone thinking about buying the ninja line, trust me, just BUY IT! I had toyed with the idea on and off for a few months but after being stung by (1) a fake website and (2) seeing the "quality" from a generic Chinese website, I finally took the plunge and purchased from Zip Lines Ireland. Without a doubt the best garden purchase made so far, superior quality, safe to use, robust parts and more than able to take regular use on a daily basis. Fantastic challenge, great to get the kids moving and they genuinely enjoy it. I would highly recommend buying it, you won't be disappointed. Also, you are w buying from an Irish company, great customer service, lovely to deal with. Can't get better than that!

Contacted customer service to get some details regarding the height we would need to set the zip line. Unfortunately because I’m not an existing customer this information wasn’t provided. I personally don’t think it’s a big ask to get this information before deciding whether this product is suitable for my garden.
