gadgitech store right way for online purshace and delivery

The phone arrived in the previously opened box with broken security seals, with a screen protector already attached. The specifications of the phone were lower than described on the page: 32gb of rom instead of 64 and 3gb ram instead of 4gb, which have been corrected on the page later. I was advised to send it back to the company by Aramex, while Aramex agent replied that the rep of the Gadgitechstore himself had to arrange the pickup from our location. So I have been using the phone for 2 weeks so far, as I don't have time to wait until it will be sent back and forth. Thank you for your service. This is a second time that I'm ordering from your store and I was very happy with my purchase. I realize that the products u sell are being sourced from the official distributors, so next time I will be checking the contents of the aramex package before paying and if the box will be open, I will be returning it back.

I ordered iphone xs max from this store on Saturday with price 1,260$ and i didn't pay online because i'm note sure about this site and thanks god that i made that because on monday when they open they told me that this item is not available and will come at the start of the next month with different price then they cancelled my order (if i paid on my credit then the amount would be blocked for average 1-2 week) and after a few hours they called me and told me that item is available now with new price 1,930$

I love it. I saw things i would never thought would be available in Lebanon . The site is well built and informative about items but sometime its slow when loading pages. Hope all the best.
