United Kingdom | 18 January 2023After losing weight during 2020 by myself but then gaining nearly half of the weight I lost, once back busy commuting to and from work again, I decided I needed some help. Having just turned 50 I also knew I needed to incorporate some resistance training and I wanted to start running. The original goals that I had were to get back to the weight I had gone down to in 2020, improve my strength and start running. With the help from Nick at Unstoppabl Within 7-8 weeks I had already achieved my first set of goals, that took me months to achieve on my own, and within 10 weeks my aspirational target, that I was unable to reach when dieting alone previously. The whole program has been so enjoyable to follow and easy to fit around my full time work that I have continued with it and now have a passion for running to add to my 32lb (14.5kg) weight loss and dropping from a size 14 to size 8, a size I have not been before. I have never felt stronger or healthier and would not have thought this possible at nearly 51 years old. The coaching you receive helps to make permanent changes to your lifestyle that will stick. I am continuing to work with Nick and Ryan as I work towards completing a half marathon later in the year and continue to improve in my running.

I was peri menopausal for several years and decided I needed to start exercising about 3-4 years ago but I was developing problem after problem mainly joint and muscular. After getting a personal exercise program from Ryan and Nick steadily over time things started to improve. Not only taking into account my nutritional needs and my sleep and looking at specific exercises that were tailored to my personal needs things are really going in the right direction. Not only am I feeling fitter and stronger but also achieving the body shape I want.

I had tried following various rehabilitation methods online and on YouTube but none of them seemed to be working for me. Following my enquiry, I found both Ryan and Nick extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct solutions, which included completing thorough diagnosis. They then ensured the solution they gave me was individualised to my needs, and my work pattern.
