Canada | 25 June 2020I have purchased the tickets in December 2019 to use in 2020. Booked the tickets for June 30 2020 in Barrie. I am unable to reach them on their 800 (Out of service) to confirm nor do they reply to my emails. They have a message on their website about covid-19. However, all outdoor facilities are open so how come no one is answering, replying and why are they not open yet.

Canada | 08 November 2019I bought passes in the mall at Christmas. When I called to book for my sons birthday party in April they were under repair. We held off on the birthday party until August - I called again. Still under repair. Seeing as we live in Canada and the place is only open for about 6 months of the year - I missed an entire year. Sure the passes are good for two years but I'm not convinced the place will be open before then - if ever. I should have listened to my husband when he told me it was a scam and not to Buy. I'm very disappointed.

Bought 10 tickets and they told me only thing I need to pay for is paintballs, when my husband got there with the 5 kids he had to pay 540$ more so one day 6 people over 700$. I called the number when they got back to tell them I wasnt happy about this the guy on the phone said a manager would call me back with in 24 hours this was over a week ago. Horrible customer service and waste of alot of money. False advertising also the guy who sold me the tickets also didnt answer his phone or call me back.
