Excellent customer service, mattress arrived when and where we wanted it delivered

Ordered on 26th February still not received, took payment, I've sent 4 emails and they have not replied back 😡

This is a scam. Do not buy from the website as they no longer exist and your money will go missing. The phone number belongs to Thorne Health Haven (apparently). They do not respond to emails, calls, or enquiries. It may have been a legit business once upon a time, but not anymore. Must be a fake or copied website

Still waiting for my mattress. Have emailed, called, texted and whatsapped and nothing. I have just had a message from a company saying this is their number and they have nothing to do with mattresses. My only conclusion is that I’ve been scammed.
