Early in October I had an engineer come to service my old but usable gas fire. Whilst doing this the engineer broke 2 ceramic radiats after his gas bottle fell on them. Now I have an unusable gas fire through no fault of my own and the prospect of having to buy a new one. Poor customer care from Anthony Grice

Great service from Antony Price. They were able to respond very quickly to my domestic emergency and technician Simon was very proficient in quickly fixing my issue. Best Plumbing & Heating company in the area imo - I've been using them for years and will continue to do so. Can highly recommend - these guys really know what there doing.

I recently had 2 radiators fitted by this company and cannot fault them at all. From contacting them requesting a quote to the fitting of the radiators by the engineers, their customer service was second to none. Everybody I spoke to was respectful and very helpful and only too willing to go that extra distance to get the job done as soon as possible. Thank you for a job well done.

Before the Christmas I just call for quote a water main pipe investigation. On the phone call there is no confirmation about the day and time for me. They said that will have a email confirm about that. Finally there is no email, no phone call. One month later a plumber suddenly coming to my house said do the investigation……. and need I pay for £60 and do nothing. It's a deceitful plumbing company

I've been pulling my hair out the last few months trying to get someone...anyone to service 2 boilers and do some plumbing repairs. Because Antony Grice is a larger company someone always answers the phone, the engineers tell you when they will be with you, and they show up and do the work promptly without robbing you. I won't be using anyone else ever again!

Ben at Antony Grice was extremly helpful and friendly. We needed a drain unblocking in an emergency situation at our factory and although Antony Grice weren't able to assist directly with this specific problem, Ben very kindly recommended a local company who were able to help. Excellent service as always - diagnosed the long standing issue with my boiler/heating system and dealt with it very efficiently and effectively.

Have used Antony Grice off and on for over 30 years. Today we had a leaking radiator valve with water dripping through to the room below and although they were extremely busy a plumber arrived on the door step very quickly, stopped the leak and replaced the radiator valves. Very impressed with a really efficient and reliable service.

I recently brought a house with the plan to do it up but with little to no knowledge on how to do DIY! A great starting point! However, Ben Guy at Anthony Grices was recommend very highly to me by a friend. So, it started with a new boiler! Ben talked me through the whole thing with a variety of different choices to suit each budget and what he would recommend for my house, it was great, I had various different quotes from different companies and each one was more and some were less however, the service and the speed and knowledge of the boilers is what made me go with Grices. When it came to fitting, the engineers were fantastic, they were so accomodating around my work, professional and respectful of my home. They kindly went above and beyond to set the times up and explain how to use the boiler to the best of its ability. So then 6 months later, I decided to make the huge plunge to move my downstairs bathroom from downstairs to upstairs in to the spare bedroom and turn the old bathroom into a utility! A huge task especially for someone whom has no contacts and no DIY experience. However, Ben again pulled out all the stops, he talked me through everything, he helped me plan a bathroom, talked through all budgets and actually helped me save money as I was previously advised something else, straight away I felt I could trust him and the company to deliver,not cut corners nor waste my money. More importantly, Ben project managed the whole thing. I decided everything I wanted, the design, the colour, the layout and Ben organised absolutely everything else to ordering the bathroom, the tiler, the builder, the electrician, the plumbers and all I had to was simply hand them my key. A week later, a dream I had became a reality with the most incredible bathroom and utility i could wish for. Simon the plumber! He was superb and a true gentleman. At the end of each day, the house was cleaned from the work they had carried out, they tidied as much away as possible to keep my toddler safe, they keep updated throughout and when finished they moved my appliances from kitchen to utility which was above and beyond. The work they have Carried out is second to none and I am incredibly grateful to the whole team and their contacts in helping me do my whole house up. These guys come with my full recommendation and I already have my sister and my best friend planned into see them in the coming weeks.

We had superb service from a very hard working heating engineer who applied his extensive knowledge in restoring our central heating system which was poorly functioning to one that is now excellent. His expertise was much appreciated. We could not have wished for anything better. BJP.

The engineers turned up on time and got straight on with the job. They were both professional in their conduct and overcame problems in a competent manner. The whole job was completed on time and the engineers left the site clean and tidy. They explained in detail how to operate the new boiler and controls and were very helpful.

The engineers were efficient and well organised, considerate of the residents of the house. The work was as clean and neat as practical.

Antony Grice Plumbing & Heating replaced and upgraded the heating system at Bestwood Park Church. The team were friendly, and kept us up to date as the project progressed. At the end of the project they spent quite a bit of time with us explaining how the system worked and how to use it.

I required an existing radiator refitting in the dining room and a new slim radiator in the kitchen. After a few supply chain issues with the new radiator due covid the engineers arrived at the expected time. Joe and his colleague were very professional. The re-routing of the pipework is very neat and the new radiator fits perfectly. The whole heating system is working much more effectively since all the radiators were also re-balanced. Definitely recommend.

We couldn't have asked for more...... A slight gas leak was identified by the engineer during our annual boiler service check. The problem was dealt with "on the spot" and rectified the very same day with the minimum amount of fuss or disruption. We were also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost. Commercial Business Engineers are great but customer service shocking. If there's a problem you have to continually chase them for a reply. Already looking for a new contractor.

New boiler change to combi. Great job done. Complicated due to previous installation being incorrect (by another company before we bought the house) Particularly recommend Simon who was great with advice for the new gas pipe and even though more complicated he advised us the best route for the new pipe rather than the easiest which would have meant external pipes around the house. Great support by phone too and overall a really good company which we highly recommend.
