United States | 18 August 2024I've been a happy easyDNS customer since sometime in 2013. I've used their DNS and email services, and found their knowledge base super-helpful for configuring my sites. I particularly chose them when I heard that their corporate policy is to only shut down one of their customer's sites if they receive an order from a Canadian judge: I believe upholding due process is super important, unlike a large American DNS company that cancels politically incorrect sites just on the basis of letters from law enforcement asking for it. Rule of law matters, and I appreciate easyDNS's commitment to free speech and legal operations.

Everything I need to do through my domains is easy to do. As well the support is excellent and the prices competitive. I will most likely still be an easyDNS customer another 10 years from now. Very highly recommend!

United States | 18 August 2024Edit: They did finally resolve the issue after multiple attempts to contact them and apparently the previous owner of the domain had set the WhoIs info incorrectly so that wasn't their fault. - original review - EasyDNS makes it insanely difficult to transfer your domain away from them. The worst part is, there is a security vulnerability where they are sending the Auth Code to transfer my domain to some other email, meaning some random person could steal my domain name. I have 3 tickets open with customer support and have not gotten any responses in 2 weeks. Please help.

United States | 18 August 2024EasyDNS and EasyMail have been my provider for 14 years. Their user interface is fairly intuitive given the nature of the complexity of the many options they provide. Other than adding various email accounts and working with SPAM settings there is really not much to do after the initial setup. Everything just works and keeps on working.

They offer beyond fair pricing, in-house support (even via telephone!) and are constantly refining their offerings. If you're looking for a new provider, definitely give these folks a try!

United Kingdom | 17 August 2024It just works. I've used EasyDNS for many years and their systems are clearly well engineered, comprehensive (so have all the latest security features) and resilient. Domain hosting is actually a bit more complicated than it might appear, so it's critical for your website to have an independent, well run organisation just getting on with it. I've rarely needed to use their support service, but when I did it was quick and efficient.
