1 star is too much. They left us stranded in faro with a 7 year old and offered no alternative or customer service solution to the fact that we wanted to pay the hold for motorway fees on our car with a card that had the same surname but not forename as my husband (the name the reservation was booked under). When we asked auto Europe to change our booking to being me as a main driver, they said no. And we could not have a refund. Overall, our booking could not be used or refunded. The robotic customer services lady gave no solution or even empathy to the fact our 7 year old had been up since 3:30am. We will never use this car broker again. Terrible start to our holiday.

If everything goes well, there are no problems... but You will have problems, if you need some change or cancellation... I've booked and paid for a car and because the flight has been cancelled, I needed to change the car reservation. The suggestion Auto Europe made, was to book/pay a new car and cancel the previous reservation, as they would provide a full refund in 10-15 business days. I agreed with the solution. After 15+ business days from the cancellation (written confirmation) date I've contacted AutoEurope and after 40 minutes talking to the agent, he told me that he was very sorry, but the 15 business days would start counting in the next business day, because they had a procedure issue with the rent a car company... If I hadn't call the client support line, would I receive my money back?! I'm still waiting for it, so, I don't really know what is going to happen... Also, I had to pay for my credit card... Very bad Post Sales experience...

Fiz uma reserva, para dezembro, para a Locauto através do V/ site. Até ver, estou à espera da confirmação efetiva, apesar de já ter pago o montante solicitado. Só me posso pronunciar pela experiência no site que é bastante fácil e intuitivo. Quanto ao resto, que será o mais importante, espero que corra tudo como expectável.
