I left a phone message with details of the problem I was having. Your representative returned my call but I wasn't at my desk when he did. He gave me instructions via the message on how to fix my issue step by step. Simple to follow his lead and fix. It took very few steps to uninstall the printer and unplug it and replug it in for it to install again. This was a great way to help. Had he just left a call back number we could have continue the back and forth missing calls. I was very pleased.

I was having issues with the ink film. It had split and wound into the wrong part of the machine. I received a call back from tech support within 24 hours. It was a super simple fix and the technician was very friendly. Made the experience very easy and quite relieving that I didn't have to buy new film.

Picked up a badge printer and created a template to do Student ID badges. Only hiccup was I didn't order enough print ribbon to do all my badges. Simple to use. Easy to set up. Whole process from unboxing to creating badges using a spreadsheet was about an hour. Could be done faster if you read the instructions first!
