great customer service, item exactly as expected payment went out of my bank quickly but delivery of the chair took a lot longer than i expected

We were delighted to discover this company. We had already been using a wheelchair of the brand supplied by them. The communication was anyways speedy and helpful. The price was excellent. The chair arrived when expected and it is serving us very well.

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with this company. I bought a wheelchair from them sometime last year. For whatever reason the button on the armrest popped out and I lost one of the components. I contacted them by email and I was very surprised that I had a response the same day. When I explained the issue and asked for spares they were happy to send them. I couldn’t believe I received the spares within 3 days! I will certainly recommend lightweight wheelchairs to anyone and I will be using them again. So thank you Richard

Another company taking money for products the don't have in stock then holding on to it. There should be a law against this sort of thing. After saying the couldn't supply for what would be over three weeks (bear in mind disability products are necessities) they promised money back - not received - and have failed to even acknowledge my emails. Avoid at all costs.
