Taxis can run late if there is no availability in the area.. this is understandable.. and it happens.. but the last three occasions we have needed a taxi.. the driver or the office are just rude and abusive?.. when asked for a name its answered with "I don't have to give you anything".. there's no professionalism or respect.. just stay away or use a different firm.. not worth the agro..

I wasn’t even using your service but i. was left feeling very upset after being abused by one of your drivers. He was speeding down a side road in hove caused be to slow down , came along side me and hurled abuse at me before speeding off. Joanne

Can see why 75% reviews are bad. Gotta be the worst taxi service ever. Every time I've booked a cab I've been told it will arrive in 10mins, ring up 15mins later to be told one hasn't even been dispatched & will have to wait another 15mins. I'm heavily pregnant & this taxi service are diabolical. Will not be using them ever again Shocking.

Waiting 30 minutes to assign the driver with my shopping on the sunshine. Ice cream melted in the box. Horrible service. Zero stars. Avoid

Booked a taxi back from Greyhound racing . Booked it 3 hours previously . Taxi didn’t turn up . We missed our train . Phoned them they said would be 10 mins . Called again told another 20 after they hung up on me . We had to walk in the end as would have missed last train home . Luckily we flagged another taxi down . So caught train by skin of our teeth .

I ORDERED A TAXI TO GLASGOW AIRPORT FOR MY DAUGHTER IN LAW ANS MY SELF LAST WED 27THAPRIL ANS WAS QUOTED £170 ,BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THE DRIVER CHARGED US £198 ,EVEN WHEN I TOLD HIM THE £170 QUOTE ,OMN COMPLAINING TO THE OFFICE I WAS TOLD "NO WAY.HE ONLY CHATGED YOU £85 ,,I WAS CALLED A LIER,?I SENT A E MAIL BUT OF COURSE RECIEVED NO ANSWER,I AM A PENSIONER OF 73 YRS ,THIS HAS MADE ME SO UPSET ,COMING BACK BY A GLASGOW TAXI WE WERE JUST CHARGES £75 ?TRUELY DISGUSTED

This review is by Kevin Roberts. If I could give 0 star I would. Appauling service. I pre booked a taxi for 1130, 30 Apr 22 in order to catch Train. At 1135 hours, I rang control office as taxi had not turned up, informed by controller they wete trying to find a taxi even though I had pre booked. I booked taxi through another company, however received text message at 1249 stating taxi was outside my address. 1 hour 19 minutes sfter pre booking time is totally unacceptable and reflects the unprofessionalism of this company. Avoid at all costs.

I can’t give a zero review. I live in Hove and after my last journey home AVOID this company. Phone a private company for your journey, this outfit employ rude unprofessional staff. Shame they have such presence in our city. AVOID

I was refer about these cabs from my friend but found the driver to be too fast and the taxi did not seem global friendly. Next time I know I can just hail a taxi on seafront where I got off coach

Fed up with this company. Every time i get in these filthy run down cabs I wonder how their allowed to run a Buisness. They are the rudest people I have ever come a-crossed. They don’t welcome you, don’t talk to you, don’t say thank you, and they constantly go the wrong way, and have no clue where the destination is. This company needs a major shake up. Need a cab do not ring this vile company. Lived in Brighton all my life and never in my life seen a taxi company go so down hill so fast.

Most, awful taxi company in the UK yet don’t use them horrible some rude drivers terrible service and don’t have any respect.

Two bad experiences from this company. First one was when I pre booked a taxi as I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. Ended up coming two hours late … blamed it on the no fuel situation. Secondly was last night. The driver was flirting with me and calling me sexy and made me feel uncomfortable that I got out of the car early. There were no cameras in this vehicle either. Leaving me to walk further 04:30am on my own. Avoid.

The drivers are lovely but the booking experience is awful with cars turning up late more often than not. They are completely unreliable if you need to be somewhere for a set time and do a pre-booking. At least they could tell you if they can't get there on time

Message said driver outside - NOT - phoned to question - told driver must have picked up wrong client - LIE - pickup in the middle of nowhere !! Rebooked and told 5 minutes - noshow after 10 minutes and after another phone call was told no pickup time could be given - ABDOLUTE WASTE OF TIME !

I can't rate this company higher. I would give them a 10/5, for the service they have provided. Throughout covid, they have been so understanding and caring and have not compromised. In fact, they have gone above and beyond. You have a customer for life in me, the most difficult of customers. In Brighton use thia service and no other. They will not let you down!

Reliable,prompt service! I have used Streamline Hove for years and will carry on using their Service,from Airport transport to local trips. Came up Trumps again today when my Daughter forgot her Laptop in the cab. The Driver noticed it and rushed back to the Station to catch her before she got onto the Train. Thank you So very much!
