Absolute Betrügerfirma, Hab die falsche Ware erhalten, zurückgesendet und nie Geld retour bekommen. Kontaktaufnahme zwecklos mit Whatts app, mail. Nicht zu empfeheln

Heb voor mijn Volvo XC60 een set voor €120,- besteld maar bij het plaatsen bleken meerdere onderdelen te groot te zijn. Eigenaar reageerde eerste keer gelijk met smoes dat het aan Volvo zou liggen en dat hij nieuwe onderdelen zou toesturen, waarschijnlijk om te voorkomen dat je je geld terug haalt maar vervolgens krijg je geen enkele reactie meer en vervangende onderdelen kun je naar fluiten. Zonde van het geld en de tijd en moeite, via Aliexpres kan je zelfde producten bestellen voor veel minder.

Ordered dash kit in good faith paid on the spot.. production time 3-10 days it states BAD BAD communication no order confirmation !! No answers after repeated emails requesting updates. Looking at the reviews I understand now why others think the same. Save your money stay away of this scammer!! Hope that all of you that had the same experience paid with PayPal or credit card so you will get at least your money back. Sad that these clowns can stay in business and create public mistrust for buying goods online.

Not only did they send the wrong coloured item, half of the items do not fit. Tried email,the what’s app phone number,no responses.My advice would be to avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful. Couldn't care less about the customer or their orders. I placed my order at the beginning of May 21,paid for it in full via PayPal, glad I did! Heard nothing, no confirmation of order etc, 4 weeks later and 4 emails to them- still no reply. It got to the point where I was getting very concerned and had no idea what was going on. I even used what's app to the number given- nothing!,no reply. Their website said 2 weeks delivery, this was now 6 weeks and still no idea what was happening. Eventually I contacted PayPal and described the service, or complete lack of it, and they acted on my behalf. Guess what,the company responded to them, saying I could have a full refund and the order was cancelled. Please don't use Cockpit Decor, they take your money and you don't get the goods. They are also trading under 3 different names, but are the same bunch of crooks, avoid like the plague!!

I bought a dashkit for my 2010 BMW 630 recently. The parts are for an earlier model and don,t fit at all. I sent an email to tell them I wanted a refund and heard absolutely nothing. Don,t touch with a bargepole!

order a kit for my motorhome the end of january. It tooks some time, specially for delivery, due to the situazione, but finally arrived, after 6 weeks. Perfect kit, of the chosen color, and really well made. Ik heb bij Cockpitdekor een order gedaan. Ik heb helemaal geen problemen gehad. Alles was netjes verpakt en heb geen tot weinig problemen gehad met het plaatsen van de stickers

VORSICHT BETRÜGER.Habe von dieser Firma keinerlei Antwort bekommen. Unzählige e-mail geschrieben, Anrufe wurden nie beantwortet und auch per WhatsApp keine Reaktion. Geld wurde natürlich abgebucht aber Ware habe ich nie erhalten. Werde Betrugsanzeige bei der Polizei erstatten und mir mein Geld mit Hilfe der Bank zurück holen da ich mit Visa bezahlt habe da PayPal ja nicht mehr akzeptiert wird.

Ordered in februari 2020 a Kit for my Mercedes. After several weeks I received an incomplete kit. I tried to get in contact with Cockpitdekor by mail as well as by WhatsApp. At least 10 times I tried to get in contact: no response from Cockpitdekor. My advice: look further. Look for a company that solves problems, not causing them.

This is a scam company! Delivery was 2-3 weeks, but nothing arrived so I contacted them three times in total. First time it was delayed because of some missunderstanding, second time because some national holiday and third time I didn't even get a reply back. Contacted Paypal and asked for a cashback. I think the seller had 10 days to reply to Paypal, but not before the last day I finally recieved my money back. I also got an email from Paypal telling me the seller never answered on their messages. Seller delayed paying back my money until the very last day and that shows what kind of company this is. I lost more than 2 months waiting for my item and hours in contacting the seller and Paypal. Avoid!

30 december 2019. Account aangemaakt bij cockpitdekor.at, order geplaatst. Betaald via HiPay. 3 dagen later was account verdwenen. Kon geen bestelling meer volgen. Heb gemaild, zonder reactie of antwoord. Blijkt afdeling te zijn van alubars.com. Blijken ook eenzelfde, identieke website te hebben met cockpitdekor.com. Heb deze ook aangeschreven met bewijs van betaling. Eveneens geen reactie. Lijkt een grote bende oplichters te zijn... TE MIJDEN deze bende !... Het antwoord op 10 januari van cockpitdekor.at na mijn e-mails en klachten: we don't like dummy customers with bad reviews and Payment dispute... ZEER BEDENKELIJK dus !!!

Zeer slechte ervaring: order geplaatst 17 mei 2019. Nooit iets ontvangen. Na ettelijke onbeantwoorde mails uiteindelijk in juli reactie dat mijn order zou zijn verloren gegaan. Men zou de bestelling dringend opnieuw versturen. Niks meer gezien. In september na een tiental pogingen via what’s app. Iemand aan de lijn gehad met zeer onsamenhangende uitleg. Sindsdien niks meer gehoord! Pure oplichterij!
