I have dealt with heaps of recruiters in the past, but Richard Lloyd is one of the best, if not the best I have ever dealt with. I have applied for a role on SEEK one weekend. Unlike most of the other recruiters, I have received a call from Patrick Ashton the following week. He spent the time meeting with me, understanding my situation, my experience, and my credentials. No empty promises were given, instead, he was realistic in presenting to me the opportunities that were available AND suitable to my situation. He has helped me a lot by helping me highlight my strengths. He has given me the job description and made me feel confident that I can be qualified for the role despite the fact that there are some boxes which I was not able to tick. He was able to quickly secure an interview for me. The conversations I had with Patrick tremendously helped me in mentally preparing myself for the interview so that I am able to highlight my strength based on my experience. Above all the usual things that any other recruiter would do, Patrick has differentiated himself from other recruiters by maintaining a relationship even after I have been successful in my interviews.
