The website was easy to use and delivery was very fast.

If you need gas engineers that: a) do not dispose off of your old boiler and old pipework although they had agreed to b) do not make good the cupboard that they fitted the new boiler in, by leaving pieces of wood with their nails still attached to them on the floor in the bathroom c) leave 2 copper pipes from the old system that are not connected to anything and are pretty much loose in the cupboard d) do not fit a filter although it is part of the manufacturer's five year warranty and e) never provide you with a Gas Certificate although as a client you paid their invoice of £3000 on the day of receipt, then these guys are for you. I have emailed/texted to get the certificate twice on the 12th, 13th, 16th, twice on the 18th, twice on the 24th and on the 25th of June. Callum offered to drop it off at the property, although he could have texted/whatsapped/email it. Did he drop it off? Of course not. Having asked another engineer for a certificate, I was told that as the boiler was fitted by someone else, they were unable to.
