Trainer's approach was very good to explaining things with simple examples without too much technical details. So many group activities to engage and get insights of topic. I attended the scrum@scale practitioner workshop. It was very engaging with fun filled activities and a lot of references to the real world examples. Vinod has a vast knowledge and experience in this topic. It was evident throughout the session. He shared his experiences in the organisations he worked with helped me a lot. Vinod is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. The structure was a lot of information but broken up with interactive activities. My only recommendation would be to reduce the overall scale of information covered for this amount of time.

Vinod, the trainer, brings to the classroom a lot of IT experience and real world examples from the projects he has handled. He is Eloquent and thorough in the subject. He articulated Safe Agile methodologies in depth and made the sessions interactive and lively with many team activities. The sessions were detailed and coherent. He has good knowledge on the current best practices and gave confidence to the students to get the certification. I have enjoyed the training sessions and understood the concepts very well.
