I purchased 4 pairs of Union Bay cargo shorts for £7 each (normally sell for around £15) and a pair of girl's white Penguin shorts for £4 which I think is amazing value, and to top that off I also received free shipping! The shorts arrived in a few days and were all brilliant quality, however, I found the girls white shorts had a hole in the rear. I contacted the company about the issue and received a reply within a few hours apologising and immediately offering a full refund or a direct replacement. I chose the replacement, which arrived within 3 days and they were of perfect quality. I have no problem with the occasional problem with a product, in fact, I feel that a company cannot be appropriately rated unless this happens and you can experience how efficiently they handle such an issue. Having now experienced this I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending affordthestyle.co.uk to my family and also personally using them again in the future!
