The beautiful, high quality fabrics I ordered from Mimi and Bee arrived packaged with such care that it brought a tear to my eyes. Pretty, pastel tissue paper bound with a hand tied ribbon and personal greeting from the owner, Dawn. You get what you pay for and it has truly made the difference. I've often bought craft supplies from Amazon, eBay and other online shops and it feels as robotically vacuous as the state of hyper-capitalism today. Dawn, went the extra mile and added first post to my order (at no extra cost to me) because of the national postal strikes, just to make sure that I got my order when she expected it to arrive. How genuinely thoughtful. Women like Dawn make the world a better place to live and she has my utmost respect. Her beautiful shop will be receiving my custom in the future. Happy shopping everyone.

Due to postal strikes I received a message letting me know my fabric had been posted recorded delivery so that even though it was going to be a little later I would know where it was (still only took a day or two more than it would have).
