Service and communication was excellent. I was apprised of shipment and delivery every step of the way. The bandanas I ordered are beautiful and well made and are not flimsy. They have snaps instead of ties and this is not available in the US. Sizing info provided was very helpful. I will be reordering.

Excellent Had previously ordered a bandana which was really good quality material so ordered some more recently. Unfortunately on this occasion the delivery agent left my package somewhere other than my address. Quick phone call to Spoilt Rotten Pets who were absolutely lovely and they sent replacement goods out which were delivered to me this time! As per original experience really good quality material used.

Great customer service. I asked about changing a design, and they made a change on the website right away so that I could edit the front of a dog tag. I was assisted by Lesley, and was really impressed by the prompt reply (and the patience when I had a follow-up questions). The tag arrived and is just perfect. So pleased with my purchase. Very sturdy despite being light, and lovely deep colours.
