What a pleasure”she was wonnderful” and every phone call she was calm and supportive and got to the bottom of the problems for all parties involved with numerous phone calls for over a month . We have been looking for a rental property since mid January 23, of the 10 estate agents we have dealt with, Stapleton Derby was by a long mile the most professional company we dealt with., cannot recommend them enough especially Lindsey who was absolutely brilliant.

I was stupid enough to use this company as my managing agent for properties. I rented out. As a non resident landlord I expected a professional service from a company that initially charged 12%. This being reduced to due to poor service from them. They have some conscientious staff but are clearly led by and let down by the incompetence and arrogance of the owner. This company has failed to adequately respond to requests, failed to properly manage my properties and failed to properly discharge their duties in relation to inspections and end of tenancy protocols. I have since taken my two properties elsewhere to be managed, the standards I now enjoy are beyond comparison. If you are a landlord think very carefully before using this business, I was always a landlord who cared for my tenants and took my responsibility seriously. Unfortunately this was not the attitude of Stapleton Derby. Enjoy the read Mike.
