United Kingdom | 07 November 2024My name is Emma and I have been working along side my friend who rightly wrote a negative one star to this so called company and I want to add my part to it with the response that I sent to the firm and Johnson the specialist that have been the centre of all this. Warning, Do Not Trust This Firm. Good morning Johnson, I woke up this morning to a message from Hubert regarding additional fees that the firm is now requesting. I had an initial concern that this situation might not be straightforward, and I expressed this to Hubert from the beginning. Hubert has already paid all necessary fees to withdraw from the Exchange, as was agreed. At no point were we informed that additional fees would be required by the firm, which now raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this process. I am choosing my words carefully when I say that the current circumstances appear highly questionable. If this is not a setup, then the firm must immediately communicate with the Exchange to authorize our withdrawal without further delay. Hubert has met all agreed financial obligations, and it is the firm’s responsibility to facilitate the completion of this transaction. I am giving both you and the firm an opportunity to rectify this situation promptly. Please understand that if this matter is not resolved, I will be pursuing further action. Kind regards, Emma We just got a response from the exchange that should have allowed the withdrawal over three days ago. This Firm stated that messages them just after our emails going back and forth. Hello Hubert , The FCA process has been completed, but there are still a few minor challenges that are preventing you from successfully making a withdrawal. This Company responded: As your intermediary, we reached out to the exchange immediately after the 24-hour period had elapsed, and received no response initially. We have followed up again, which likely explains the quick response you've now you may proceed with that approach, but we hope it won’t be too late to reconsider once the funds we facilitated for you are returned. Thank you for your understanding, and this will be our communication for now. * Hubert and I have informed this company many times that we already paid the exchange fees over £80,000 and they expect us to pay more to them for a loan they going to take out on our behalf* We were informed that we may lose our payment. I informed them if we lost our payment at least we would have shown a beacon of light as a warning to others* Just received this email from the Exchange that was setup by the specialist for me to create an account on back in September. So despite the Finra checks and the FAC checks that I paid for and passed as I was informed by email they now telling me this Hello Hubert There are some difficulties preventing you from making a withdrawal; the funds are currently on hold and undergoing various security checks due to their source. Exscuse after exscuse it’s been over 12 weeks and all the exchange had me doing is paying fees and the lack of support from the specialist that has been assigned to me from this firm. Even when I say I am broke I am still put under pressure to pay. This is my experience of the whole thing and it’s not good. Another thing to note, when you create a support ticket on the Exchange. They never respond and just like this company they never give their names on email. This has been our experience and I will tell everyone use wisdom. The latest, because we refused to pay the nonsense fee of $21,000 the specialist that was assigned to us decided not to continue unless we pay. Message from the Specialist: When you re-think it well you can reach out to the firm I have made it very clear. I paid over $53,000 to this firm in capital gains tax for my friend Hubert and all payments were made through the specialist that were assigned to us over 13 weeks ago. The last payment made to the specialist was £15,000 and this was to be sent to the exchange to pass the FCA which we were told it had. This firm now telling us we have to pay $21,000 for a loan they took out on our behalf that we did not ask for. We already paid everything and still have not received any withdrawal. This company, specialists have not fulfilled anything they said they would do and we have paid over £90,000 in fees alone. The specialist knows me, because his been in communication with me and I have even had communication with this company via the specialist and direct email so they know of me. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY
