I looked on trustpilot before I bought, reviews were great so I ordered a rug a few days ago. My rug arrived today and it is absolutely wonderful. Great quality, a lovely sheen to the nap and looks stunning on our oak flooring in the entrance hall. I bought black so it wouldn’t show the dirt, which it won’t, but I forgot about black showing ‘bits’ but that is my error not the company’s. like other reviews, communication was good and delivery was super quick, even with the COVID restrictions in place. I got the hide I chose from the photo’s online which is really important, so I didn’t get a horrible surprise.
