Very pleased with the service. I like the fact that the rug (Hide) you see on the website is the actual item you received. I checked a few minutes after placing my order and the site had been updated and my rug was no longer there. I like that. It arrived the following day and was in pride of place that evening.

The rug is great. Great size great quality everything we wanted but it was delivered by UPS took 3 extra days to arrive because the drivers run out of time even though it was next day delivery. Eventually had to get delivered to a drop off shop 2 miles away so they couldn't have an excuse. UPS is the worst from the dartford depot. Please stop using.
