Very fast delivery and easy to order, however, the tile we received did not look anything like the picture. The picture said it was dark grey but the tile was not dark grey at all - it looked more brown/ washed out to me. Also, the tile we received was slightly damaged.

Good product as described and was very easy to order online but delivery options are very limited and very expensive.

I contacted them and within half hour the correct tiles were being dispatched for next day delivery with no extra cost to me. Had to cancel order as they wouldn't deliver at anywhere near the checkout price, even though I provided my postcode before ordering. Got the same tiles cheaper in Homebase anyway. Got a prompt refund at least...
