I did not receive one of my items , emailed them straight away and that was over a week ago and I still haven’t heard anything back from h to em . Good at taking money straight away but not as good at replying when something isn’t quite right .

Edit: I have since received a response from them. I have received a refund and an offer to replace my items, free of charge. I have also received two personal emails and an upgrade to my previous order. This type of service after a mistake is fantastic and I will now be returning to shop with them in the future. I paid for next day delivery and received my order several days later. That was OK due to Christmas. However...after waiting the extra few days, I finally received my package this morning and it had 3 things in I don't order and the items I did order were missing. I was sent the complete wrong order! I emailed customer service for a full refund but I have had no response as of yet. This was the first time I had ordered from them and unfortunately after the delayed delivery, complete wrong items and lack of immediate response (I messaged in the middle of the day and expected a quick response considering how wrong the order was) and also, no answer when ringing the contact number...I will not be shopping here again but I do expect a refund immediately. I even sent proof of what I ordered compared to what I received.
