Was able to install myself and had great help from the few issues I ran into. All works now and is a great upgrade from the stock unit. Would recommend.

Hope the IGO PRimo is installed No indication that it is in the paper instructions. If not can you send Micro card with it on it. I was told you would install it. 2.THere are no instructions on How to install the unit. Any Help there?

United States | 24 October 2022In general, I'm pretty happy with the product and customer service. I learned that the communication over WhatsApp is more efficient than email. I wish guys would provide better documentation especially on head unit plugs definitions and pinouts including Canbus, it would make my installation much faster. Other than that , everything works now and thank Sigma Car Stereo Team.

United States | 02 September 2022Ordered a stereo for a mini. Did not notice where you should click to add CarPlay so had to get the dangle to connect. Your stuck buying their very expensive dangle as it’s the only one that works with this stereo. Tried to work around this without success or help from the company. Got the dangle with no app or link to the app. Sent multiple emails to get the app and received a link that went no where. Now I get no response nor the app and have paid a lot of many for something I can’t use and a stereo I can’t use as intended. Was planning on ordering another stereo but after this ordeal I will order nothing.

Ireland | 20 August 2022Although they unfortunately did not have a head unit for my S5 I had ordered one and paid with a dash cam they double checked my order and found it was not suitable , they took the time and effort and refunded me with out question and did so promptly ! United States | 20 August 2022I purchased an auto media system for my Fiat 500 from Sigma Car Stereo. Th customer service was excellent. They answered the myriad of questions that I had before my purchase. I bought the system from them at a reasonable price. It was delivered to me very quickly. It was completely pre-wired with a plug and play harness. It took no more than an hour to install. They answered some questions immediately about the installation. Now it is working great. I highly recommend Sigma!

Had a few issues installing the product on my audi q3 (totally my fault) after a couple of emails I was told what I'd done wrong and they had me up and running in a matter of minutes 100% recomend this upgrade to anyone looking to add more features to the car or just looking for a better quality screen ect

They answered a lot of questions up front to identify the right head unit and then supported me during the install by answering questions via the WhatsApp link on their page. Can’t fault them. Head unit was for an Mini Countryman R60.
