I had some questions before placing my order, and the customer service team was very helpful. I am a little disappointed in the color of the product, it looked quite different online. If I had know what color the actual product would look like in person, I would have ordered something different.

Absolutely hate USPS delivering my packages, cause of bad history, but other then that this company is great, great service, fast with the orders and they can make great christmas gifts, the bar code I put on the back of our hoodies takes you right to our site so there were not any printing errors, I love this company and hope to use them again in the future. I can’t wait to give these to my dad for christmas.

Owen was wonderful! I placed an order and meant to click the Affirm option because I was already approved, but by force of habit entered my credit card information. He refunded the amount since the order was just placed. Thank goodness for Owen! He was very gracious and helpful.

I am very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the garment itself. The fabric is nice, there is a bit of a lining and the zipper is of good quality. In winter you will need something underneath when the temperatures fall below 40F or 5C. The printing was also just right, exactly what I requested. I got a GREAT value for my money.
