I appreciate the whole process! Easy peasy and can’t wait to receive my order.

So I ordered from here before and I haven’t had any issues. My package was delivered in a timely fashion and there were no problems with the print on my jacket. This time, one of the letters on my jacket was hanging off when I opened the package. This was disappointing because it’s a birthday gift for a friend. Perhaps I need to change the font next time.

These guys always deliver. I upload my graphics, pick a shirt, then submit. They check for errors, advise me, then print and ship. So simple, so awesome. Every time!

Geraldine was AMAZING in helping me with a rush order. I needed something by this Saturday Nov 16th at the latest and the site was quote me Nov 19th as the earliest. I order custom jackets for my veterinary team every year - it's everyone's favorite time. I was having some trouble customizing the names to be printed on the jackets so I messaged the live chat. Josh was not only able to assist me immediately but was still available when I reached out the following day. He input my order and got the invoice directly to me. I will continue to use RushOrderTees for our annual jackets! :)

The order was great. I forgot to add the back lettering during ordering, and with a email, it was corrected immediately. The product exceeded my expectations by 100 percent. Wow, the fabric of the hoodie is great quality and my logo is perfect. Thank you, I'll be ordering two more

When I first made an order it went really smooth. I sent in what I would like on the shirts. They sent previews and made it exactly as I wanted. 2nd order…total disaster. I placed the order and the next email I received was they had shipped the order. The ONLY thing they got right was the color. So instead of replacing it with the right order they offered a 50% discount if I kept the order. Why would I pay that much for something that isn’t even close to what I ordered. Lesson learned…I will now shop local even if it means spending a little more money.

The old saying rings true with Rush Order… you get what you pay for. While there are cheaper alternatives the service and under interface for design are fantastic. If you value customer service and quality then look no further. I was able to add designs outside of the print area which typically incurs a charge, but the kind people here waved the fee for me.
