I made a mistake on my shirt and it was a rush order. I got into the chat room and was able to quickly fix it with a guy named Owen who took the design and created it back to the way I wanted it before the process was too far gone to be changed. Super excited to get my hoodie can't wait to harass the neighbors with it.

I initially let a negative review for this company based on an order that I placed. When I received the order, it was incorrect from what was requested. I contacted the company and was not pleased with the remedy that was provided. I then spoke to Alyssa with the Customer Care Team that took the time to review the order with me. After a brief review, Alyssa agreed to replace the order and have it shipped to an alternate address in time for our event. I appreciate the time she took to understand the issue and the steps taken to avoid any mistakes on my part. If I can offer any advice, it would be to look over your design very carefully and call them to ensure that you are getting what you order before approving it. Even if you have provided written instructions, if the proof is not perfect, call to have it corrected. You will get exactly what is shown regardless of notes. Thank you, Alyssa.

Website was easy to use. I had to start a chat so that they can make a few adjustments on my logo. Josh was great with understanding what I wanted.

I placed my order on December 2nd 2024, and it still hasn't been shipped! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my co-workers and now we're already in January and it still hasn't been shipped! When I contact customer service, they say my order will be shipped that day, but it doesn't happen and they won't even get in touch to let me know how things are going, I'm the one that has to run after them to get any news on my order, that wasn't cheap btw. So unprofessional.

I never wait more than a few seconds to be connected to a live person, and they are all SUPER helpful. Today I worked with JOSH.
