Won OFAH memorabilia on the Christmas auction.£510 Incorrect certificate of authenticity was provided. I have reached on a number of occasions without response. Update 06/02/2024 - I received the correct COA this morning after much chasing around. It's a pity it turned out this way because they have some really good material.

Paid £500 at lets rock liverpool for Roger Waters signed the wall album, no certificate of authentication on the day but promised it would be posted. Got loads of abuse from my missus cos we've been ripped of but at the end of the summer I got in touch and they kindly posted it out. So I think they are genuine( hopefully) and will eventually respond to complaints.??

I paid a lot of money for a picture at a charity auction. I arranged for it to be posted to a friends address as it was a gift for my husband. I wrote down the dates that my friend was on holiday and they assured me it would not be posted until she was back. On her return the picture was on the doorstep and had been left out in the rain! fortunately no damage. The agent also assured me that a certificate of authenticity would be enclosed – no certificate was provided. • The website is down as undergoing maintenance • The number on the website is incorrect. • I have emailed the company twice and have no response. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Despite stating they don’t refund on the receipt I will be taking legal action to get my money back as there was no certificate provided as promised.

Bought shirt that showed 2 in stock (Thursday),was told next day there were none in stock but 1 might be available and I would get a message to tell me on Monday. Called on Monday after no contact to be told I would get a message Monday before 5. Gave up ringing on Tuesday with no calls being answered and bought elsewhere but had to disappoint present recipient. Web site shows 2 available still.

Supposed to let you have an authentication certificate. Despite chasing them nothing has been forthcoming.
