Just what I needed!

I wasn't sure what part to buy to repair a table lamp so I emailed lampspares with some photos of the part that needed replacement, measurements and details of the issue. I received a prompt reply to let me know that my request was received and that although they are extremely busy my query would be attended to in due course. A couple of days later I received an email with details and a link to the part I need, what parts to keep to complete the job. They made my simple request simple to deal with and didn't make me feel like a 'plumb' for asking about such a basic repair.
