Used CCF for a PCP finance deal on a new car. Had shopped around for the best rates and CCF were the best quoted rates I found. Tom's personal approach was great and he was extremely responsive via email and text throughout the process. He was also happy to answer questions to support with meeting some tight turnarounds I had requested, and was able to provide guidance on finance options I hadn't previously considered. This personal, professional and honest approach was brilliant and made the process easy and relatively stress free. Picked the car up yesterday and even the dealer said it was rare to have a broker so responsive to actions which I greatly appreciated. Steer clear of this cowboy firm garage. Damaged my car while servicing it and then ignoring emails with photos of damage they caused. Not willing to repair the damage they caused
