Not received product

I was a little dubious about this order as the reviews were a bit mixed. But I was desperate so ordered a pendant bracket on next day delivery. I was delighted it turned up the next day and was exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Have used ledsone for many years now. Even now I am not in the led Industry anymore, I know I can still get quality products delivered quickly from a great company.

Ordered via Onbuy Received wrong lights, offered me a discount but i refused as i didnt want the lights, They sent me 2 return Labels but both didnt work at the drop shops, This has been going on for 2 weeks Now as they take ages to reply, Trying to fob me thinks so i have opened a paypal claim AVOID

Have ordered over 60 led light transformers over the last six months. This has been done in groups of about 15 at a time, all have turned up next day or following. I order a lot of products over the post and that is as good as it gets currently. I had no issue with the quality of the products and items are very well priced. Have already forwarded details to an associate.

Bought a transformer of there eBay site and paid extra for 24hr delivery. Guess what, never arrived in 24 hrs or anywhere near. Complained through eBay there trying to convince me 24 hr next day really means 1-3 days. Ledsone offered 10% of postage a ****ING insult. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR LED NEEDS. USE ANOTHER WHO GIVES CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update: Just checked eBay rules for selling, "You must Post items using delivery services with features that meet or exceed those the buyer selected" "You must not Use delivery services with features that do not meet those selected by the buyer. For example, using "Royal Mail Tracked 48" with a maximum delivery estimate of 3 days when the buyer selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24" with a delivery estimate of 1 day" "Be sure to specify postage and related service charges in your listings. It's against our rules to provide unclear or misleading delivery information or to charge unreasonable fees for postage and related services." Clearly selling 24 hr postage for a additional fee when in reality it can never be delivered in that time frame is wrong. This applies to Parcel force aswell. eBay should step in and prevent this selling of unachievable postal service's.

I recently returned a light shade to Ledsone as it wasn't suitable and requested a refund. Nothing was forthcoming so I emailed them for an update - they came back saying they hadn't received the package despite me having the date & time it was received by them and the name of the person who signed for it. Following this they then asked for proof of postage which I provided but I still haven't received my refund. I have emailed them a further 2 times but have received no response. I would suggest that if you're ordering from Ledsone be absolutely sure you want the product as it will cost you to return it and you can probably wave goodbye to your refund. Should have just put it on Ebay!

Vintage style lightshade bought off ebay colour nothing like listing tried to return sent prepaid label which when scanned by courier didn't work sent another label however in both collection days courier no show asked for refund company saying courier called 3 tines to property but nobody was in which was wrong as took time off work to be at property ledsone uk being awkward about refund saying it's my fault. At the end of the day if item was same colour brown as shown on picture we would have kept bit picture shows chocolate brown colour item a creamy beige colour company really unhelpful my advice: be very careful with their ebay site as you may not get colour of item showing in picture and the company's argument that it is brown is weak ok it's a very light brown but NOTHING like picture. Am disgusted with service and out of pocket

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. I ordered an item which was on the website but the company said it was out of stock. When I asked for a refund they said they had never received payment. Escalated to paypal.
